Our platform implements a system that links the roles of dancer, coach, club leader, judge, and competition organizer. This makes it impossible for random people to access the platform. Only those who have met the platform’s requirements will be able to coach, create a club, judge, or organize competitions.
According to the law, only persons who have reached the age of 14 can register on the platform, as children do not have the right to share personal data or copies of their own or anyone else’s documents. Therefore, a parent or guardian must register first, obtain "User" status, then add the data of one or more children along with copies of their birth certificates, and submit them for verification. After the platform administrator confirms the accuracy and compliance of the data with the documents, dancer pages will be created.
Our calendar is carefully planned and balanced according to competition statuses, region, organizer experience, and ratings of their previous events. The e‑phan calendar is not a list of competing tournaments, but a unified competition system that provides career growth opportunities for every participant.
Registration and user verification are required to participate in any competition. Coaches, club leaders, and judges who plan to be present at the event must also be registered.
