DanCRM for club clients: payments, balance and hall booking now in e-phan

Clubs that keep their records in DanCRM now have a new link to e-phan — and their clients are the ones who benefit. If you train at a club that runs on DanCRM, your e-phan cabinet now has a “My cabinet” section: everything about the club in one place, with no calls to the front desk.

Who it is for

For the clients of clubs that run on DanCRM — the CRM for dance clubs. The club links your e-phan profile with your client card, and the data from DanCRM shows up in your cabinet.

What you can do

• Pay the club’s invoices. One or several at once, by card or from the balance.

• Top up the balance. Money left over after a cancellation goes back to your card automatically.

• Get a package from the club’s catalogue: a membership, a hall pass, a pass for group classes.

• Book halls: a schedule day by day and, if needed, a rental of the whole hall.

• See your visits month by month.

What it costs

e-phan takes no additional fee on these payments. An invoice is issued, and a package handed over, only after the money has been charged — nothing “on credit”.
