A meeting that is actually for you
Picture this: on Monday evening a federation needs to talk to its judges. Not all of them — only the ones working this season, from one country. It used to mean a spreadsheet of contacts, three messengers and a hope that nobody missed the message.
Now it takes five minutes in the new “Meetings” section.
What it looks like from the inside
The organiser creates a meeting and answers a single question: who is it for? You can pick the audience by role, country or registry status, add specific people by name and take others off the list. The platform handles the rest.
And what the person sees
- a notification in the cabinet and an e-mail — with the link to exactly the meeting that concerns them;
- an “Upcoming meetings” card on the cabinet’s home screen;
- a page with every conversation that is scheduled.
Anyone who is not on the list does not see the meeting at all. No “why wasn’t I invited?”, and no links wandering through other people’s chats.
One conversation, one audience. That is how it should work.
